Carrot Ingredients
3 cups sliced carrots
3 Tablespoons butter
1 ½ Tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Glazed Carrot Directions
Cut carrots and cook on medium heat until moisture starts to cook out
Add butter and allow to cook for about 5 minutes
Add brown sugar and seasonings to taste, turn heat to low
Allow to cook until tender, about 20 minutes

Smashed Sprouts Ingredients
1 lb. Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Nutritional yeast
Smashed Brussels Sprouts Directions
Rinse and trim ends of Brussels sprouts
Boil until soft and rinse with cold water
Once cooled, smash with the bottom of a drinking glass (or other flat tool)
Toss in oil and coat with seasonings
Cook in air fryer at 400 for 20-25 minutes
