Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened soy milk or whichever milk you prefer
½ cup fresh spinach
1 medium size ripe banana, cut into pieces and frozen (frozen fruit makes your smoothie cool without diluting the flavor with ice cubes)
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup blackberries, frozen
¼ cup blueberries, frozen (optional - for more antioxidants and to hide the green coloring from picky kids)
2 Tablespoons almonds
Sweeten with agave or maple syrup (optional)

Directions
